Have you ever actually bought a product that you learned about through email spam?

We receive so many junk email advertisements. Does their advertising actually accomplish anything? I sure wish it was possible for the government to enforce a ban on spam email, but I don’t know how they could track down who started it since a lot of email spam comes from people who don’t even realize their computer is sending it.

I don’t and would never purchase a product I heard about via spammail.
Yet, SOMEone must be purchasing or why would they keep sending out the emails?
