You need to mail a letter to the Direct Marketing Association with your name and address stating that you wish to be included in the name removal file of their Mail Preference Service (MPS). Here is their address:
Mail Preference Service, Direct Marketing Association, P.O. Box 643, Carmel NY 10512-0643
