How do I block Spam email when it shows my address as the sender?

I have a business email address and constantly get email for ED products and the such. They do not allow you to unsubscribe with out graphic ads, and they apparently are using my own email address as the sender!

if you are logged into your email and are reciving these from yourself then the only way they could be sending them from your address
most likley they have some address like and the subject or sender name is made to look like its from you
