I get an error on page message when I try to send a bulk email to a category, why?

I have over 30 bulk email categories. I’m used to sending bulk mailouts thru my yahoo address book but this time it won’t let me. I click my draft email, click on insert addresses, and when I click categories, I get an error or page message. What’s wrong?

You may possibly have a corrupt cache file — it makes all KINDS of things go wonky. Try this: clear your history, temporary files (these will take a while!) cookies, restart the computer and retry.
