What is the Most RIDICULOUS spam email you ever received?

I get spam all day long and I cant beleive that these people cant find somethign better to do with their lives! Im so sick of receiving the ones where they just copy someone else change the names and send it off as new.. you know like the guy who introduces himself as the son of some affluent farmer in africa who was killed and wants to share Millions of dollars with you just for letting him use your bank account! LOL anyone got any good ones?
