How to send Bulk Mails at the post office?

I know that I can actually go to the Post Office and inquire about the steps. But just in case someone can give me a quick answer.
If you have your beautiful marketing postcard print and would like to introduce new products or services to all residents in a particular zip code. How you do it? how much it cost?
and what is the maximum quantity of post card you can send?

you can also get info at usps.com – you have to buy a bulk mailer’s permit and send a certain minimum # of items at a time (I think it’s 200) – they night have to be sorted by zipcode
