Whats a good email spam program?

I use AVG free virus protection but it doesn’t have an email spam program along with it like Mcafee does.
I’m plagued with an email someone keeps sending me with stock pics and it’s a picture of text, so I can’t choose certain words in the body of the email to screen them out.
