Some of my emails are going into bulk mail, but they’re emails I want to have come as regular email?

I don’t know, maybe I accidentally hit ‘bulk’ rather than ‘delete’ but they’re work emails and I need to receive them when they come in, and it takes a lot of time to sift through all the bulk crap to find them.
How do I let computer/internet/Yahoo know not to send them to bulk mail anymore?
