Bulk email

I have a Gifts product company and would like to send mass e-mails. I would like to market my product and company in this way. Therefore, I am thinking to purchase a list of e-mails from a third party. I would like to know if you can recommend some legitimate bulking companies I can work with. I would like to conduct an honorable and legal business, can I achieve this?

Also, if you can recommend a server that can carry bulk e-mails? Thanks
