I received an email in my bulk folder from my exact email address that I did not send. Security of my address?

I did not send this email to myself. How did this happen? Do I need to change something in my security or what. I am not happy with ability to contact Yahoo or responses from Yahoo – there are none. Someone please advise. Thank you
