Bulk email

Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of money to advertise because it will be coming out of my own pocket. This is a huge risk to advertise a business that might not do well. Ads in the local newspaper are fairly expensive for a short amount of time, as well as printing inserts and having the newspaper insert them. Bulk mail-outs are also not an option because of the cost.

What is my best bet for the largest distribution for a cost lower than $200? Help from small business owners and advertising majors/marketing majors is most welcome! Thanks!
I know who my customers are: old people. They will have old damaged photos.

I will be doing this business locally ONLY so the internet is probably not a good idea. And especially if my target market are people 40+. Neither of my grandma’s have a computer.

I am a Fun Foods Vendor and I own a commercial candy apple processing machine, which I use make candy apples for resale.
I have tried for sevral years to promote my Candy Apples on a larger volume by contacting and mail merging to(e.i. non-profit schools, churches, City Parks Recreation, bowling Alley’s, regular vending at the local Farmer’s Market) it’s even on Craigs List but to no avail.

Can someone please suggest to me something that I can do that may help me to get a better response, I feel like i’ve tried everything and gotten no where:(

I’m trying to find a listing of the most affluent neighborhoods/cities in America. I’m looking to market my merchandise to that demographic. Also, how would I go about mailing advertising postcards in bulk to the homes in these areas?

Is using Bcc a good option to sending out large amounts of emails to my mailing lists? I have tried using direct delivery, but that is not working. I have also tried the bulk email marketing servers, but I had too many spam complaints and they terminated my account. I’m not spamming, just responding to emails from my ads.

I am running a small business that is going to send ~ 500 postcards to a local neighborhood. I need a list of the addresses in order to do a direct mailing (instead of bulk mailing, which requires a permit). How can I best obtain the addresses of a neighborhood? USPS wants me to have a typed list, and going door-to-door would be too inefficient to discover these addresses.
