Bulk email

They say they take facts not names ect but so does spyware. No different according to spam i started getting spam in my bulk folder on yahoo which I hardly ever use but in last year in 1 day there is over 600 spam mailers?
Funny after 3 days no answers for the first time ever as it has to do with spyware and Yahoo.

The email also states it was rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. also, i recently got a spam email in my bulk folder from myself!! of course i didn’t send it. how can i clear up this problem?

I was awaiting for an urgent response email for a week and today (May 26, 2007), I checked my bulk folder and then immediately made it empty without taking a careful look. However, at one glance, I saw the response email (subjected with Re: Status of my paper submitted to IEEE ToMC) in the bulk folder, and when I clicked it, I noticed that the email has been erased from my account. As this email is very urgent for me, I want to know if there is any way that I can recover the erased email.

Settings indicate you can mark an email in the bulk folder as not being spam. I cannot find this feature.

It says my email, it’s usually in my bulk folder(I think that this has happened 2 or 3 times), but I never sent it out, the materials aren’t mine or anything I like and in fact I abhor this sort of thing. . .
Have I been phished?
What can I do to stop this?
Should I change my password?

I have this friend who always forwards junk to me. I mean 20-30 times a day – mostly dumb urban legends and sappy glurges. I have taken her off my email contacts, and hit Spam button when I get one. Some land in the Bulk folder, but many are still getting through. Any suggestions short of blocking her?
